Kan se ut som de 14 settene er generell LUG-støtte, har nå fått en egen e-post med støtte til PKH. Styret diskuterer i kveld hvor mange av de 14 som brukes til PKH.
Hvis jeg antar at vi bruker en god del av de 14 til PKH, har jeg følgende tanker;
Sett for 300 euro bruker vi på en del “mindre” sett, som kan brukes til 2. plass i konkurranser og/eller publikumspremier.
3000 LEGObrikker. Vi kan velge mellom Brick 1x1, 1x2, 1x3, 1x4, 1x6, 1x8, 2x2, 2x3, 2x4, 2x6. Se fargene i vedlagt dokument. Forslag til hva vi kan bruke disse til?

Based on the submitted information around your event På Klodss Hold we are able to support the event with the following:
LEGO Sets for a German retail value of 300 Euro (check LEGO S@H)
3000 standard LEGO bricks (please use the attached order scheme and please be aware of that we only can fulfill the order if we get the scheme back from you latest 2 months before the event).
The above sets and bricks are not for resale!
Besides that, you are able– due to the size of your event - to get 1 LUG bought support and you can choose from the following (you can of course choose one option more than once – if you are obliged to more than one LUG bought support):
Up to 20 Sets - not for resale, no Exclusive set – 50% discount of German RRP(Recommended retail price) plus local VAT and 6% shipping
Loose bricks for PaB (resale) or activity (e.g. Mosaic, Event kit or similar) – max. 50 different elements, max. order amount 4000 DKK plus local VAT and 6% shipping (no Q elements, no licensed elements)
Thank you sets for participating AFOLs – 1 per AFOL, 50% discount on German RRP plus local VAT and 6% shipping- set RRP max 50 Euro, max. 50 sets, same sets for all – no Exclusives.
Please get back to us asap - latest 2 months before the event in one email with the following:
Complete list of LEGO sets you like to get as Event support for free
Complete filled in brick order scheme
Full shipping address incl. contact person and phone number
If you choose any LUG bought support – if applicable - we need in addition in the same email:
Your choice of the LUG bought support and information around sets/bricks
Full billing address incl. contact person, phone number and email (please be aware that we due to ease the process we use your LUGBULK customer number - this is linked to the in LUGBULK program by you given billing address – if you not participate LUGBULK we will create a new customer number for your LUG – that need to be used in the future for all bills)
The invoice will be send after all materials are shipped to you. Please be aware the all local custom fees and other import costs are not included.
Please be aware of that all above is subject to availability and the offer might change – we cannot give you any guarantee that we are able to deliver all your wishes and in time but we will of course do our best.
We would like to ask you without further notice to send us latest 4 weeks after you finished your event a little report of the event and the final number of public visitors to this event and the final number of participating AFOLs so we have it for our files because this is the basis for all support in the future.
